  Place the jewellery in its original presentation box and include all authentication certificates, ensuring the package is securely sealed.

  Complimentary Shipping

  Affix the provided prepaid insured shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Inspection & Refund

  Once our gemologists verify the item's condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
